Just an FYI if you're looking for a better seat location.

Disagree. Their visitor seating is the worst in college football. I have had season tickets At that poophole for 3 years. If you ignore the JoPa screen savers and 409 people you can sit and enjoy the game anywhere. Our fans will be surprised it's not as loud as they think. If we come out strong it's quieter than Temple. If they take a lead it's loud as hellI can't even begin to quantify how awful it would be watching the game from within the midst of the cult.
we sold out of the first 3000 and asked for another 1000 but not sure how many of those are gone. We know of at least two groups that are sending buses with tix not through RU. Add in people going with PSU fans and I don't see how we don't hit that number. You disagree? If we plan on taking 7-10K as some claim, not everyone will get a ticket from RU's allotment. Therefore the info is relevant.

You could hear a pin drop (ourside of the fans grumbling how bad Franklin and your punter were" until the very end of the OSU game last year. Same goes for the whiteout against Michigan.Any visiting team that comes out strong will quiet the crowd. I was in Iowa City in 2012 for their night game/"stripe out", and yeah we came out real strong (dominated the entire game), and rest assured...it was pretty effin quiet. so, that could happen to any home team.
I've been to a lot of stadiums in my time....and ehhh, we're quite loud. but you've been a season ticketholder for 3 years and apparently disagree. I guess your cohorts will find out, eh?
night game in Beaver Stadium....oh yeah, big reputation of being quiet....sure.

I was in EDU behind some creepy 70 year old women who had JOPA as her screen saver.we obviously sit in different sections. but generally speaking, the 2nd quarter of the OSU game was much more quiet compared to the entire 2nd half/overtime....no doubt.
If Rutgers spotted PSU a 1st half 17 point lead last year and it looked hopeless because you could barely move the ball (or even punt the ball), I'm sure Piscataway would've been fairly subdued.

I think we'll get at least 5K. 10K is another story. I sure as hell hope so, but I'm skeptical. Did we ever take 10K to UConn?
