I put this loss squarely on the shoulders of Pike. He was severely outcoached. Player rotation is crazy and Pike often takes out the hot hand rather than riding it out. He fails to protect players and does he even know what a ZONE defense is? He just may have come to the limits of his coaching ability! I said this previously and again he needs to shorten his bench and let players sit. This is now a critical time and if the team doesn't go on a run there will be no dance for this team. The future is very cloudy, and the best outcome may be a perennial bubble team

He had no choice but to open up the bench because half the team was in foul trouble. And they played a ton of zone yesterday.

Pike is not perfect obviously but you are making it abundantly clear you don’t have any idea what you are talking about.

I don’t know, that’s not exactly an easy decision. Ogbole already had two fouls so he’s not a better option. Do you put in Martini for the last defensive possession of the half?

no because you are already into the 2nd half and EO would be starting...in this case there was no reason for him to be in that late in the half, but equally as worse is that lathan emotions and iq so low is he cannot realize the situation he is in at that point

NIL is a fundamental part of division one basketball and football. It’s the number one two and three reasons why players choose a school and why they do not. To not mention it and then bash the abilities of the players is just BS. Coach had high interest in potential players to be our Center this year and it did not materialize because we had no money and other schools did. That is very important don’t ya think? Let me guess your another one high on opinion but never opens the wallet. It’s obvious your sick of NIL because your sitting on the sideline refusing to help. Oh, yeah, no I'd never contribute to pay for play, NIL isn't what we have now if we are honest. I'm all for kids making whatever $ they can, if you want to pay them you can. Doesn't mean I'm going to consider it when analyzing what we see.
We needed a center, we didn't get one - why seems to be a question - but we move on. Center isn't going to determine whether this team maximizes its potential this year. Defense and rebounding will.
