I hate the SL at least as much as anyone else here, but I don't really see this as a mistake. The photo shows the recruit, and captures the fact that he was a Flood recruit who is being visited by Ash.

. Todd may have noted it was incorrect last night after it was pointed out to him but it didn't get changed until well after 8:30am this morning.... that photo was up for a good 12 hours with Flood's picture ....
