On the coaching front it appears we are going after people with a high upside but have not actually done it at their current level . Lower salaries and let the dice roll. In terms of recruiting we are everywhere hitting up hot recruits , those that were already in the pipeline at OSU and RU along with some that committed elsewhere on us.
