Current staff seems to have a "system first" mindset
Teel could never move in pocket... Gary only slightly more so...

Ryan Hart might be a better fit.......

Nova ran a 4.6 on his pro day. It wasn't part of the plan for him to move out of the pocket or downfield. I think Nova would have done well in the current offense. He had the speed and the thickness to take some hits.

From the clips I was able to see that 2 TD passes were from Allen. I think another one was from Laviano, but it's hard to tell.
