I'm most interested in 133, as Fix and Gomez will be contenders vs Suriano come March.

Ashnault has already beaten Finesilver, and feel good he's better than Gfeller.

Nolf gonna Nolf... Not a Penn St fan obviously...But I will miss seeing both him and Nickal after this year...Two of the most exciting wrestlers to watch
FYI. Nickal won his 100th match during this tournament. And, Nolf broke the PSU career pins record held by David Taylor, Zain Retherford and Josh Moore. His pin rate is just shy of 54%.

Yeah. Horrible round. We have 8 in finals and 2 going for 3rd.

Keep up the great analysis over here. Can’t wait till they ban you as well!
Didn't look very good to me, we aren't.

I counted 5 losses that round. OUCH!

BUBBA!

Wanted to see Fix vs RBY... RBY was leading GOmez 8-2 before getting caught..
Didn’t consider Gomez on the upper tier at 33 but he has now taken out DeSanto and RBY so he will be one to watch come march

Was Cassar heavily recruited out of high school? Looked him up real quick and saw he won the state title after never making states in his previous 3 seasons. Cool stuff.

I'm not sure RBY is 100 %, his usual 7 minute motor, seems to be fading in 2 minutes the last couple of weeks. Maybe it's cutting weight, who knows.

I hate to say this, as it will seem like I'm making excuses for him, but it has been reported that he has been sick by someone that would know.

Baloney, and, yes, you're making excuses for him, in typical PSU fashion.

You folks seemed to think that his health was perfect prior to meeting Gomez. Simply put, Gomez is better than him and will always beat him.

You can take it up with Jeff Byers. And, if you review the 1200 messages from the Scuffle on BWI, you'll find plenty of messages, prior to the Gomez match, that show we didn't think he was fine. That is, if you're allowed on BWI.

You should come back. Lots of people saying how much they miss you. [jumpingsmile]

Baloney.

Nah, I reached my limit with the whining, so this man had bigger places to be.

174 Mark Hall gets the winning Takedown w about 10 secs left. Then 2 back points Great match 5-1

I'm not high on defensive wrestling, but that was great. Have to re-watch, but I think both took the same number of shots.

Very technical hand fighting/head pressure. Joe didn’t want to go into ot and went for it. Fun to watch.
