a recipe for college football today is a star QB, great minds at DC and OC and fill in the rest of the staff with great recruiters, don't even care if they are average position coaches, the odds are in your favor if you can recruit and lets face it, most of the better HS programs coach these kids up for 4 years and all the damn college clinics they attend, lets not forget the head coach, a CEO type that keeps the train speeding along and staying on the tracks, don't need much more from him if the OC and DC are studs, last but certainly important is the best available strength you can get, over pay if necessary for this spot
