The students should do MUCH better. A very entertaining game. Their numbers were weak at the start, and there was no more than a handful by the end of the game.

The students showed up and our team went down 21 nothing to someone whom we should have beaten handily, and so I'm happy that they stayed as long as I did, and people should check their expectations

It was ugly football. I would probably try to stick out a game longer if it was close, but it's hard to take.

its not a great student section..its just okay, always has been, it has nothing to do with the tailgating scene either. They are continually overrated. Yes they show up for big games but so does every other fanbase. True the team isnt all that great this year but why on earth would they bail so hard this game...they do it in alot of the lesser games. Yes someone will come in and defend them with some silly rationale. While the student sections are represented by a good number of miniorities I do think it is less proportional to the student population which is basically 1 in 2 non white, that may factor in that culturally they didnt grow up in households where football was a big deal ( and I know someone will try and take me to task for it but its a factor)
