I expect Rutgers to be the top tackling defense in the country eventually. I have no doubt this defense will be number 1 eventually.

Tackled like this in 50's in HS & 60's in college: endless tackling drills between two big dummies.

Hopefully the kids can pick this up quickly. They learned about bad angles and how not to tackle from the prior staff.

Poor tackling always stuck out to me, especially back in the Shea days, and always seemed like something fixable through technique and practice.
