The differences between RU and OSU FB go way beyond comparing the QB's on each team.

Of course they do but qb is without a doubt the most important player on the team. And we clearly don't have even a below average qb on our roster.

He didn't get offered. He was being talked to by the coaches, he was the backup plan if Haskins didn't flip to us.
