Texas QB Sam Saxton recently picked up a Rutgers offer and spoke with Ryan about it here. Somehow, I don't think his plan to narrow his list and take officials in the fall is going to come to fruition. QB recruiting always wraps up earlier and unless his recruitment explodes during the spring visitation period, I could see his plans changing. He is planning to visit Rutgers in June.
