Support of the SKWC is essential to continue the upward trajectory of Rutgers Wrestling. There is a support level available for every Rutgers wrestling fan and THE BOOM CLUB is going to be a great new addition!
But, the email from Goody is just letting us know that it's coming. I guess some people still didn't know it was coming. Okay.
Got Goody's email. Love the logo! This guy can market and build interest as well as coach.
Yours seems to be genuinely drawing in good talent. Here at Northern Iowa WAY more money is going into our Panther wrestling club than the actual wrestling team, yet we have no studs on the team at all, so it seems like a colossal waste of money to me to funnel into a somewhat useless club team, vis a vis the actual varsity wrestling team. :ThumbsDown
Not trying to take away any donations from the SKWC,but just wanted to let people know with the new The Bells Must Ring athletics donations campaign by Rutgers, you can donate to specific sports if you want to—wrestling, baseball, lacrosse, field hockey, etc.
Heaven, it seems both are important. The SKWC pays for staff and senior athletes that Rutgers can’t legally pay for. Rutgers can’t recruit the best wrestlers unless the SKWC has the top senior athletes. If we want a chance of beating the best teams, it can’t be done without a first class SKWC. Wrestling is different than other sports. Support is very important at the Rutgers level and for the SKWC.
I have been asked about the Boom Club and I am so excited about this because it will clearly take us to the next level. There will be cool Boom Club only gear so please check the SKWC website Tuesday August 20 and then climb aboard. The train is leaving the station!
Coach Goodale’s recent Boom augurs well for the BOOM CLUB. Let’s get on board!
