I think Louisville plays tenacious defense but Seton Hall has scorers at every position which makes it difficult to defend.

URI beat them with a small 4 guard lineup where 3 of the starters played 33, 35, 38 min
they just out hustled SHU and one guard got a hot hand (32 pts)

RU has shown they CAN hustle...I think Coach P will have the guys ready
SHU will get a decent lead but we will claw our way back

RU is not used to playing in a sold out RAC. This causes us to play one of our worst games and we fall behind early by 10-15 points. Pike gets us stabilized, but the damage is done. SHU cruises to a relative easy 20 point win.

Too many offensive weapons in South Orange for a Rutgers team that struggles to score.

Never pick against RU so I'll just say a RU win would be a happy surprise.

Best of all posts. SHU is a really good team. We need Delgado in foul trouble to keep him off the floor for big chunks. We can’t waste possessions, need to hit our FTs and cause a lot of turnovers. All can happen but we have to overcome some match up problems and play a near perfect game to get the win. Would be a pleasant surprise

Our offense can score if we can hit some shots. It not like a few years ago when the players stood around like statues without the ball. They move around, pass well and get open. Plus we are one of the best rebounding teams in the country and we have a stifling defense. We are at home and we are hungry.

I am expecting the atmosphere to be MSU times 3. You will not only have a packed house, but 1/4 SHU fans actually makes RU fans louder. The RAC will be the RAC. It has been in a long time.

That alone is NOT the reason i think we win.

I really like the way Baker and Sanders are playing together. We are looking a lot better on offense and I have a hunch we will make perimeter shots.
