The RAC ran out of parking

Haha this is insane
What did they tell you to do. Or did you get, "I don't know sir but you can't park here". Still trying to figure out who uses that parking garage. Maybe that's a super secret parking pass.

What would a sign do? Most students aren’t going to move their cars if they have a parking pass.

Maybe, like in California, every single person who went to the game decided to drive their own car.

Parked in my usual lot for free with zero wait in or out. I rule! Just kidding - actually I know how bad RU can screw things up like this - unacceptable.

I got them to open up the handicap section in the yellow lot there were were literally 100 spots reserved for handicap and only 8 cars in the spots just stupidity

Not sure who was granted access tonight, but there were a bunch of cars exiting the parking deck after the game.

Best of Luck,
Groz

Something happened as cars were exiting. Parking guys were running after a car heading for Sutton Lane screaming for the cop to stop that car. Turned right on Sutton. I think they had his license #

Wow, glad I got there at 5:45 and went to Henry's for dinner.
Left my seat with 6 seconds to go and was in my car on Ave E before the post game show on WOR started.
I heard from a friend that there is a fee to park in the deck and also a per game charge on top of that. Not cheap.

interesting.. Scarlet lot all but gone with new sports center.. Biz-building using some parking.. the columns for the solar panels using some spots.. students back using RAC parking... this problem needs to be solved and quickly. Force students out to other satellite parking.

Allow parking on grass near the the track and ball fields? On the grass across the way near campus buildings.. barring wet conditions? But frozen ground should help.

Long term.. what's the cheapest thing to move.. the track field? Build parking out there and move the track stuff somewhere else? Move it past the baseball fields nearer Suttons?

Maybe close Hospital Road and make that part of a parking lot accessed via a new road off Metlars or another road Avenue E (or The Scarlet Pike.. heheh)?

I know law mandates a certain percentage of all parking be reserved for handicap spaces, but seems like our barracaded section is always like over 95% empty.

It took me 10 minutes of circling around before I finally parked illegally. This was absolutely ridiculous (I saw the same problem walking through green). You have students parking there and then set aside huge sections of the lots that are empty. What's the point of buying a parking pass if you aren't guaranteed a spot?

I guess I was there early enough to not deal with the parking issue or was this just in the pay lot? I have green pass and arrived around 7:30pm.
