Losing Fran Brown- the vast majority of impact players, especially on defense, were all recruited by Fran Brown (M Melton,K Hamilton,A Lewis, S Brown, K Fletcher, R Powell, R Longerbeam etc) when these players are missing it’s sooo glaring that nobody identified and recruited comparable talent after Brown left.
