The Ron Harper that showed up for Penn State

Jacob Young carried us in the most critical part of the game (unreal I love this kid) and Ron Harper put the nail in the coffin with the unreal layup/drives and free throws

Young's play bothered me a bit... Unless he was told to force the issue to draw fouls with so many PSUers nearly in foul trouble.

He was sent to the bench after he went insane twice ina row.. so I doubt that was the case. Young is that head-down ball-hog type. We needed some of that in this game.. but a bit too much there imo.

But it worked so all is forgiven.

Ron is turning into a real physical beast. And he’s only going to get stronger and faster. His wingspan is a major asset as well. Dude has great hands.

Yes we played a good half. That’s not usually enough to beat a team as good as Penn St.

Harper was the leader on the court last night. He was very composed and was a calming influence late in the 1H. (Also have to mention that I loved that Geo got on the court in the huddle coming out of the time outs.)

We beat a top-25 team while shooting 2-10 on three-pointers. Imagine what we can do on a night we go 8-19 or something!
