As a coach, he keeps sending out a team that doesn't have as many bullets as the opponent. Some of it is recruiting and battling the perception this program has had for 25 years. and some is coaching. He needs another Sanders, and some good luck on the injury front until depth is built. I see the light at the end of the tunnel.
