I took it as two closest to Rutgers. Temple and UConn?

Edit: probably temple and army.

BTW, if we re-frame the question as closest D1 schools (both FBS and FCS), Fordham and Columbia is NOT the correct answer. Do you know what is?

FSU and somebody, can't remember who but during a game last year they said they practically shared the same campus.
 
The Houston/Rice thing really makes you realize how much recruiting competition UH has. Not only are they behind all the P5 Texas schools in prestige but they don't even have Houston to themselves. Pretty remarkable job they are doing.

MY first thought was Wash State and Boise but I just cheated and looked at the map and Boise is way too far south.
 
To Rutgers it has to be Temple and Army.

Other than that maybe some Texas schools since they are so many of them.
