Road uniform will be unveiled September 3. Home uniform will be unveiled September 10
I just hope they don't make a big deal out of it like last time (when about 10 fans showed up in midtown...).
Well, I'm genuinely impressed by the visuals of the people that have been filming the practices and doing the graphics, and if they merely make a YouTube video clip and nice images to announce the unis, it will be shareable.

It occurs to me that I haven't paid close enough attention to know if the OP is male or female. If female, and hot, then I propose a uniform unveiling tonight, if you know what I mean. Eh? Eh? Nod or a wink's the same to a blind bat, eh? Say no more. Say no more!

When someone creates a thread where they are asking for info on a topic it would be nice if they use a "?" so I don't click on it expecting to get information on the topic.

I understand getting rid of the salmon, but the chrome has got to stay. I also love the all wight.

Nothing sexy about tradition. Only wrong with the chrome is that Flood didn't win. Our perception of the chrome would be a lot different if it was featured against Louisville06.
I could not disagree more. I hate the chrome helmets with cheesy battle scars as soon as they were revealed. Also, it is spelled "white" not "wight."
The chrome helmets were a thing of beauty.. unique and distinctive
Glow in the dark helmets would have been unique and distinctive as well, but that doesn't make them a thing of beauty for the same reason the chrome helmets were not a thing of beauty.

Closer to 75% as we have a solid 25% of our fan base that will bitch about anything. The actual uniform won't even matter to them.
Chrome helmets are awful, IMHO, but I wouldn't be surprised if we have all-white aways.
Here something few know (or care) about:
Rutgers actually had white leather helmets for nearly a full decade. They briefly had red leather helmets for a season or two before switching to white. Rutgers switched to red helmets when they moved away from leather helmets and has had red helmets ever since until Flood.
I'm hoping for white helmets with red R's and stripes similar to the ones we have used on/off the past couple years. that is style right there, the red with block white R is bland as all hell and reminiscent of when the program was not in the B1G or the Big stage.

So you want the boring, bland red helmets that are similar to a few teams in the conference..you are entitled to your opinion, go on with your bad self.
Sure, those schools don't seem to feel a need to change their helmet to differentiate themselves, so why should we? The chrome was bad enough, and the fake battle scars made them laughable. That stuff might look cool on an action figure or a toy or something, but not on an NCAA football helmet.
It would have been fine for a one time only type of deal but we are the oldest football program in the US, time to start acting like it.
Our current road uniforms with the chrome helmets are the most gorgeous uniform Rutgers has ever worn.
