USA Today: Sanders is Class of 2015's most entertaining hoops star

If he isn't a good shooter he'll be an excellent fit at RU. We've got a long and storied history of guards who are not good shooters. We get the slashers and defensive specialists while other schools get the shooters and scorers.

such is our lot in life as RU BB fans.

Sanders HS career ended tonight as his West Oaks Academy team lost to Sunrise Christian Academy (KS) in the Bluegrass Championship game 66-60. Sanders had four points.

People look at one video and because its a HS highlight of him dunking a lot they think he can't shoot. Check out youtube there are many of Corey, one specific which I have linked numerous times with him working out with a basketball trainer, check out his shooting there.

I believe Sanders was just waiting to achieve his last hurdle needed to qualify (test score or passing grade in.particular course this semester).

I would be shocked if he isnt enrolled at RU this fall.

I wonder what happened last night that Corey only had 4 points. I tried to find information on the game but couldn't bring anything up. Does anyone have additional info on it?

If he's as entertaining as anticipated, I expect a lot of broken noses and black eyes since a lot of the team is still working on catching the ball.

Nevertheless, this program certainly needs some entertainment.

Knights, maybe they threw a double team at him, who knows. One of those teams had that big center, thon maker. 7 0 and has a stat sheet full of blocks. Strong rim protector, might have had something to do with it.
