instead of ranting about it.
Our coaching staff deserves lots of credit for developing these 2 young quarterbacks. In my admittedly unsophisticated eyes, both quarterbacks look like they will be capable of being highly productive quarterbacks during the next 2 years. It is going to fun watching our offense for the next two years with one or both of these young men at the controls.
Laviano kept improving all year and had a great game against Indiana. He struggled against OSU.
Rettig came in at the end of the game against OSU's reserves and looked very good - raising the possibility that he can lead the team effectively also.
So we are in a great situation at this position, but some of our fans choose to bash the staff and quarterbacks instead. In my eyes, they both seem like great young men who are very team-oriented. I am a big fan of both of them.
