The mods routinely ban each other in a round robin fashion. Although they don't call it "banning". They call it "escaping from all the crazies that post on the forums so as to retain some semblance of sanity otherwise we'd have to beat the dog".

If we're going to engage in a Phil Collins pun-a-long, I think we have to set some ground rules. For example, do the references have to be from his solo work, or can it be from Genesis too? And if Genesis is okay, does it have to be purely post-Gabriel?
And lest I forget, he also did some brilliant drumming with a band called Brand X. Can we use those songs as well?
