He's probably relaxing with his family today, that bastard.

Long awaited? Dude he has been working for Rutgers since Dec 7th.

I'm sure CG simply meant that CA is now here without also having the extra workload on his shoulders of completing his professional duties to his former team. -But there's no doubt that even though he had an insane work schedule for the last few weeks, Coach Ash was certainly true to his word that it wouldn't be at the expense of his dedication to Rutgers.

I wonder when the man ever even had the chance to sleep??...lol

Dude, I said "dedicated" Coach, meaning all ours....not shared....

Enjoy the moment and don't look for an argument here. He is officially all ours today.

Just pretend he isnt there, the usual hijack attempt.

Looking forward to see what this group brings to Rutgers.

I have to go to a party in New Brunswick today. I will stop by the Hale Center to make sure he is in the office working the phones to make some of you happy. I will report back later.

Per a tweet the entire staff will be in NJ at Rutgers, ex the RB coach on Monday! Maybe this group can show their support by turning out and cheering.....i would but I will be out of the country.

Not a hijack attempt at all. Just trying to give him credit for all he's done already for RU.
He has put together a great staff in spite of the beliefs of many that he had to be here 24/7.
Ignoring what he has done already and only welcoming him now is kind of a slap in the face to him.

I think up until this point, little could be said to let people give this split time thing a rest. Luckily for us, it's OSU played their game so hopefully the subject can be dropped all together and we don't have to read another post referencing to it anymore (I know I'm wishful thinking).

I said "dedicated" to avoid this dialogue, but I guess some can find the negative in anything I guess if you are looking for it.

Regardless, I think all are on the same page in welcoming him to the banks and hoping he brings us all what we are hoping for.

Well most of us welcomed Coach Ash back and accepted his decision his decision back on early December.
I guess too many on here couldn't get on board with that and had to wait until he was "dedicated" to Rutgers. Such fans we have. And you say I'm the negative one [eyeroll][eyeroll]

See below your reply. Even Coach Ash hadn't fully said goodbye to OSU. Now he is ours. Before he was shared. Congrats on your welcoming him earlier but he really wasn't fully here until today. But go ahead, find issue with someone welcoming him. It's what you do best I guess. [cheers]

Well I'm down at the Werblin Center this afternoon for Tyler's swim meet, so I'll walk down to the Hale Center so that I can share some of the outstanding advice off of this board with him. Hmmmmm......I'll have to make sure I don't let slip any premium info from the Round Table.

Well seems that even a welcome can't be agreed upon.
Nitpicking seems to be the norm here and fault finding the rule.

and not try to make negatives out of everything :chairshot:

Yes. Tyler's swimming in several events in the 11-12 age range. 2:30 on.

Best of luck to Tyler, and thank God above he's once again been given the gift of good health! -I hope that continues for him for many, many decades to come.
