I'll paste the first one from RUtix who posted this in the Semi Final Games thread:

RUtix4me All Conference

Looking forward to these games. The food has been picked up includes shrimp, lobster tails, eggplant rolatini, chips/dips, pesto penni, manicotti, salad, canoli chips and cream. Dark Rum and hot apple cider to kick off the cocktails.

Our plans are watch the first game (Bama-UW) here in Cedar Grove, leave around 6 for a 6:15 reservation to meet my wife's brother at Chengdu 23 in Wayne for a Szechuan dinner. They are pretty fast there so anticipate getting back to Cedar Grove around 7:30 to watch the Ohio St-Clemson game. Wife and sister in law in one room watching whatever , my bro in law in the other watching the games.
Nothing fancy after dinner, chips and dips, buffalo wings around 10 perhaps, IPA beers, Salted Caramel Martininis, wife made some desserts. We don't even drink Champagne at midnight anymore, just our cocktails or beer.

Can't wait for these games, will bring my Iphone to catch the little bit of the end of the first game at Chengdu 23.

We'll have the older teens here (19 &18) until they go to their own parties. Have you tried Ariane Kitchen & Bar in Verona yet ? Very good restaurant and great bar.

Going to bed at 9p like I always do however I suspect I'll be awoken at midnight by the yahoos setting off fireworks

Sounds like you work too much. Lol My sister has worked a part time job under the table for over 45 years starting in HS and working a full time job Even as a Director at a hospital. She loves to work even at 62 when she could retire.

Worked PT for 13 years along with my regular job with St Barnabas Healthcare. FT since I left there. I turn 67 in a month. I think it may be time.

Couch, fireplace roaring, dogfish head 90, hot tub at halftime with wife, let's go tOSU. HNY

I love Dogfish Head 90, was at the Dogfish BrewPub in Rehoboth, and did 2 flights, and all their beers are great, but always go back to the 90. The 120 is tasty, but too strong and heavy to have more than 1.

And to the Bartenders, I feel your pain, I worked as a Conductor for both NJ Transist and Amtrak when I was 18-30, and the absolute 2 worst days or nights to work was New Years Eve and St Patricks Day. Amature Hour with drunks starting fights and throwing up all over. Hope your bar situations are much better and you make some good cash tonight.

let me guess.... hookers & blow, lol.
Actually, I will be at @RU848789's party tonight, and Mrs. RU848789 would not be overly enthusiastic about me doing either hookers or blow in her house.

So, you know, I will have to be discrete, is what I'm saying. :D

In the restaurant with the engagement ring in the champagne glass. 2002

I don't envy you being behind the stick tonight.

Too bad we never worked out being behind the bar together.

It did give me the chance to meet two great posters and equally great in person, e5fdny and White Bus.

Keeps you busy. I spent some of my time taking care of her grand kid and another one. I have been off since 54 and think about working PT. NAh not worth it.

I've got a Tony Montana sized pile of blow here and a whole team of hookers coming by around 9.

And I really dislike their beers. I'm drinking a Dogfish beer now that someone gave me. The label describes it as malty with balanced hops. All I can taste is the hops.

I think the Dogfish brewers have become so used to the overhopped dreck they make, they've lost their ability to dial back the hops and brew beer with any other flavor profile.

He doesn't look it, folks.

A safe and profitable night to you!

Little Larry, my brothers son has been working summers downstairs at the Parker House for ten years.
I'm going to visit you this summer.
The Mill is a bit fancy
My boys club lacrosse program (started by a two brothers from Montclair you might know) has their fundraiser there in May every year. Some years we're upstairs some years we're downstairs.

My wife worked there too before I knew her.

Me and 6 single ladies (all between 30-34, and all cute-to-hot'ish, before you ask...) at a house party in Hoboken. Yup, no lie, but I'm not sure if it's gonna be heaven, or hell, for this guy lol! Just took my friend shopping for the party. Should be interesting! :cool2:[banana][cheers]:eyes:

Well, you never know until you try - maybe she'll turn over a new leaf and start embracing lewd and immoral acts. Or maybe she'll just crush you without lifting a finger - you know she's capable, lol. And keep in mind, if you're going to be "discrete," that means no hugs.
