Seems like alot of similar arguments going around - just swap out the names.

"I've seen what Player X could do - and he's not going to get it done in the Big Ten."

"We NEED wins this year - I don't care about developing for next year."

"Based on the Spring Game/Scrimmage, Player X is clearly better. Doesnt matter he hasn't played a snap for Rutgers yet."

"He is instantly the best QB we have once he stepped on campus."
 
The difference is last year we didn't know how bad Art was and Gio couldn't throw much. Carter is a legit threat with his arm and Art put up the worst season in NCAA history. Not sure why there is even a debate this season

This article helps she's some more light on Carter. Think that people may be jumping the gun on him. It is understandable in light of what Art did last year.
