How about h ow many times we try to block a kick or strip the ball from an opposing runner? My guess is zero for both. I hope that if we do blitz, Minnesota has a pass play called. if it's a run, we could be in trouble.

That's my concern, too. Minny has a good tandem of backs, so if they find a hole we'll get burned for a long run. But we have to start bringing some heat because our guys in coverage need the QB to have less time. Bring a sam or safety once in a while.

Can't do a lot of the things that I'm sure Ash wants to do on D and ST's, and eventually will do, because we simply don't have the dogs do it the right way, and do so consistently, without it having a negative effect out there. I know that sounds funny, based on the Mich and OSU games, but it's what we're dealing with right now.

Also, IMHO, if you keep sending guys, they're going to get tired, and play less reps, and our lack of quality depth just shines through in those situations.
