Which direction will RU go? Young guy, big name, coordinator?

I wonder if Hobbs is looking at every angle or has a particular direction in mind. Rutgers is in such a unique situation with Big Ten money still several years away, do you look for someone experienced that can lead the program until the full share kicks in? Or do you look for someone young that you hope could be here for a while?
