I 'm concerned if Michigan State wins one game against Michigan and Rutgers loses to Minnesota..Could the tie breakers between the teams move Rutgers back to the 9th B1G seed.?

Minnesota has 12 losses already so Rutgers will finish ahead. We are locked into the 8/9 game unless Maryland drops a game or 2.
