Is there any conjecture about who gave Barchi the "strong referral" to hire Hobbs. From the way Barchi phrased it, it sounded like it came together very quickly. I'll ask it another way...who has connections to both Barchi and Hobbs? Are we talking the Governor? I'm just curious.
