Why didn't Flanagan play on Saturday?

Saw Matt Flanagan in uniform on the sidelines with the headset on? Thought this was odd because the back up Qb's don't even wear the headsets. Any idea of injury etc...

All I know is Archdiacono is having a terrible season penalty wise and making a catch even on a good throw .... at least 3-4 the past two games were catchable...and don't say he's in because of his blocking in the spread.

Flanagan was on the field in the 1st half, I saw it on the game replay. He did, however, have his helmet off during the 2nd half and was wearing a headset. Did he get hurt during the game?

I saw Flanagan run off the field and go into the Locker Room during the 1st Qtr.
Maybe he got hurt ?
