From 1990-2006 we played Colgate (3 times), Villanova (4 times), UNH, Richmond and Maine. I think Delaware was avoided based on our poor play and their superior play for most of that time. In 2006, we switched to scheduling exclusively HBCU's. Monmouth was never option until 2012 as they were not up to 65 scholarships, which made them ineligible. In 2012, the rules were changed so any FCS team was eligible (which is why you began to see Ivy league teams play Army, and games by Patriot league teams like Colgate and Holy Cross show up on people's schedule). But at this point we were pretty knee deep in our MEAC scheduling approach. And with the B1G passing the mandate in 2015 no new FCS teams, we probably can't cancel any of our contracts to change opponents. i.e. you cancel, you must replace with FBS. So the point becomes moot.
