Why Golden is not going to be the next coach?

Golden has a contract till the end of the 2020 season paying $2.5 million a year or about $10 million without working. Sounds similar to Schiano taking a few years off.

If he has any brains - and the ability to think & speak with clarity - he should look to get a gig with one of the sports networks... still gets paid .... while he can establish himself as a reliable voice - one with sound judgment.
Also - pick some areas of expertise & develop them like - computer aided position training or some other niche
- by 2019 he will be highly regarded, the nightmare that was Miami will have faded into the background & a people will begin to clamor for his services

Unless Golden has decided he doesn't want to be a head coach anymore which I don't believe because of his age,I fully expect the former head coach at Miami to be a finalist for the Rutgers job.
