Will Iowa showcase Akrum Wadley & Brandon Simon?

Two Newark, NJ athletes at Iowa. RB Akrum Wadley (Weequahic) & DE Brandon Simon (Don Bosco). Does Ferentz showcase them for recruiting purposes? The recruiting is a one way street. Can not remember an Iowa native on a Rutgers football roster, ever. Maybe someone else does.

After losing at home last week, HC Ferentz's game plan will be the win the game, and nothing else.

Less than 3 per cent of their schollie players are from NJ, I don't think changing the game plan to recruit NJ will happen.

Ferentz wouldn't showcase anyone for recruiting purposes, but Wadley is the most explosive RB on the team. He has great speed, and is very elusive. I hope we do see more of him.

Article covering NJ players on Iowa roster. Wadley has been slightly nicked up this year and Brandon Simon is red-shirting and not making the trip. According to this article, Coach Flood did not recruit Wadley to Rutgers.
