2018 QB Sitkowski transferring to IMG

I understand but people on this board scream about players staying loyal to their state school. it all starts when these kids leave their home town schools for a better opportunity. if the aren't loyal tobtheir home town school why should they be loyal to Rutgers and remain in NJ. As I stated before he should do whatever he wants, I am just pointing it out.

Exactly.

They do other sports besides football. They have Tennis and Golf, Lacrosse and Baseball. Those are rich kids sports so I'm sure rich parents are footing the 80k bill in addition to the state funds.
Actually, it is that same way in other sports. I know someone very close to me who had his son offered an opportunity to play at IMG ( lacrosse) and the were told that the basic cost and tution could be covered but they would have to pay for extras, such as upgraded dorms, tutoring and upgraded food. I found out that this is not uncommon at those elite NE boarding schools that cost 60k a year and you can get upgrades to Make that 80k a year which is scary.

I was responding to a post that said he was going there because the facilities are 1st class and to be coached up.
Yeah but what does that have to do with being 2-10? It seems backwards to me. I don't disagree with your other comments per se.

Even though he is a former QB, Harbaugh is clueless about assessing QBs. O'Korn is better than Speight.

Kyle and Chris do indeed have some similarities to Harbaugh.

All of them probably followed the insightful lead of the late George Allen, who foolishly had Joe T from South River sit behind Billy Kilmer--because Billy "gave us the best chance to win on Sunday" LOL LOL LOL.

Nobody knows for sure where he will end up. But to say going to IMG means it disqualifies Rutgers doesn't know squat. Rutgers is a legit player for Sitkowski.

I hope you are right but we will see:)

It was already posted here by people that know him that it would be a pretty big surprise if he ended up here.

Kids from all over the country go there so its not just a New Jersey problem.

yes but there's been alot of attention given to kids in the northeast corridor over the last few years . Maryland alum and Under Armour founder Kevin Plank is a major contributor to IMG academy . I can't blame any kid for taking advantage of any opportunity they are given , but its definitely helping southern schools get easier access to alot of elite northern talent . It is doubtful Josh Kaindoh would be at FSU without having been at IMG .

That's exactly why I don't think Sitkowski is going to come here.
