As the highest ranked program in the Northeast Region according to GolfStat, the expectations have never been higher for head coach Rob Shutte and Rutgers men's golf as it begins its 2020 spring campaign this weekend at the Big Ten Match Play Championships in Palm Coast, Florida.

The eighth-year leader of the Scarlet Knights embraces those expectations and does so with arguably the program's most talented squad since he took over in 2012.

I wonder if RU Men's Golf is good enough to make the NCAAs as a team this year if they are the best team in the Northeast.
