Finally got around to watching it. Now, mind you, I wasn't expecting greatness, but something enjoyable in the mold of Coach Carter or something like that. Nice, heartwarming athletics movie about somebody overcoming some sort of odds.
I was not impressed in the slightest. Thought it could have been so much better. Everything was predictable, I thought a bunch of the acting was bad, not one drawn out technical wrestling sequence (the only thing impressive to me was the uncle explaining stuff at home), the booing became quite repetitive with very little coming from it (some minor vandalism), etc.
Thoughts from anybody else who has seen it?
