Another screw job by the B1G. Sanders not on the All Frosh team ?!!

I think the suspension had more to do with his exclusion than the inflated stats

Corey needs to light it up in B1G tourney. I believe he will. This snub may work to our benefit.

And if that's the case then I'm fine with it. Corey needed to be on the court helping his team--especially in that stretch of games when we had a legitimate chance to pick-up a couple of wins. Certainly a frosh all-conference talent, but not an all-conference player when you let your team down like that. RU could very well have stayed out of the league basement if he didn't get himself suspended for those 4 conference games. Bull on "inflated stats"-Sanders worked hard for that production, teams were all over him defensively.

Swanigan averaged 10.4 not 18.4.

And you left off the fact that sanders is 2nd in assists among frosh and led the entire conference in steals

fixed it. wow. my bad. makes my point even more (when I said studs I was being sarcastic as I was noting their total vs. Corey's and the fact he played so many more minutes as a frosh should count as something as well.) I didn't go deeper into the stats cause I didn't think it mattered. But I agree. So many additional considerations. Thanks for bring out the Stone thing. Wow. I didn't even realize that.

Bet there isn't one other fan base this could happen to where the fans are justifying the snub. A little surprised by the reaction. Guess we've told ourselves we suck so much we have built it into our DNA.

BTW..anybody notice the kid cut his hair prior to the suspension? He's trying.

This is patently ridiculous, but you knew that before you posted it. As if the conference has never honored a player suspended for anything.
Diamond Stone was suspended for one game. He was named Newcomer Of The Year.

Odd award title
