Yeah they float. That's why they tell you never to put anything in there but water, # 1, # 2 and TP. On a standard septic system the drain line is near the top.

I use to manage some apartments with a pumping station. One time we had to look in ther for something. Wish I hadn't looked.

Not a thing. That site doesn't appear to be very busy. There wasn't one thing mentioned about Mitchell. Not surprising I guess since he mainly only played Special teams there. I don't think he was on the 2 deep at any position other than Specials.
