No surprise there. For starters, those schools get $25 million/year from the Big10, while RU only gets $9 million/year. Hobbs has to work with the budget he's got.

He isn't underpaid. He is being paid well for his accomplishments with an opportunity in front of him.

I fully agree. If he gets us to the NCAA he will get a very nice increase in salary.
