B1G Tournament brackets

Has a bye into the QTR (after this statement it is pure guessing but why not make it interesting)?
QTR opponent will be Tomasello, lets say he loses this match.
Most likely will wrestle either Conor Youtsey or Garrison White (I am guessing White)
If he loses that match he is out and doesn't qualify for NCAA
If he wins then next match against either Oliver or Lambert, if he wins here he is top 6 and qualifies for NCAA's
If he loses he wrestles for 7th place in a must win match against either Johnny Jimenez or Youtsey.

The matchups are pretty much as expected. Giraldo gets DiJulius who Del beat last year in an upset. Ash gets Fischer of Michigan. Dippery get Pantaleo (ugh) of Michigan, Lewis and Perrotti have winable matches. Baku gets Robertson of Wisconsin who beat him by 1 or 2. Gravina gets a kid he beat and Hayden gets the kid that decked him from Purdu in a headlock so it would be nice revenge. Smitty gets the kid he killed from MSU and then Kroells from Minny. If he wins that he gets Coon
If anything, Micah Jordan got the shaft.He's got Grothus first round and if he wins,he's got Guilibon.Grothus is very tough,don't count him out.Dippery got a royal fcking on that seed.So did Giraldo.I think Ash,and Lewis got the best seeds.If AA wrestles his best,I can see him winning the Big 10's.
My Predictions:
MCCabe: NQ,maybe a wildcard,but there others that are far more deserving
Giraldo: btw 5th and 7th place NCAA qualifier
Ash: If he's on,top 3 at the very worst
Dippery: Poor kid is going too go through the ringer with that draw( Pantaleo,and if he wins,possibly T-shirt)
Lewis: I think top 5 and definite qualifier.Nolf and Martinez are on whole other level.
Perrotti:If he comes with his A game,he's got every shot in the world too win it.If comes scared,he'd be lucky too place top 5.
Bacuckas: He's got a decent draw.Heck,he's wrestled the best in the country.I think Phil comes with his A game and punches through,at the least with a wildcard.
Hyrmack:If Hayden throws the kitchen sink out there,he can pin anyone.I don;t see him qualifying though.I want him too get wildcard in the worst way.
Smith:I think he's got very good shot at placing top 4.He's gotta go in there with a positive mindset,if he gets too Coon.If he stands his ground and wrestles him hard,Coon will tire out.I saw it against Penn State.Believe in yourself BIlly!!

Looking over the brackets, not too many surprises as WNG said.
Concur with Obrats, McCabe will have to get by White or Youtsey/Jimenez for an auto bid.
Giraldo will probably have to beat Malone NW (Giraldo is 2-0) or Bruno MI (beat Giraldo in TB).
Even worst case scenario Ash will get a WC bid.
For being the only unseeded wrestler, Dippery's draw is all right. Assuming a loss to Pantelo he will likely have to get by both Griffin PUR and Crone WI. Dip lost to Griffin by 1 and beat Crone by 1. Difficult but not an impossible path to an AQ.
Lewis has a tricky weight. He'll have to beat Murphy MI or Berger NE. Lewis has beaten them both but only by 1 pt each. They are tough opponents.
Perrotti has a bye then likely rematch against Welch (a reverse Hrymack situation). Win and he's in. Loss and he'll likely see Rhodes IA in the conso quaters. Perrotti only beat Rhodes by 1 pt but he did not look his best then.
Bakuckas can get revenge against Robertson WI in a mild upset and all but guarantee a bid, or get revenge in the wrestlebacks against Wanzek MN in a larger upset, or win the 9/10 match. Chances are good due to 9 AQs for the B1G at 174
Gravina looks to be in good shape at a relatively thin weight for the Big Ten.
Hrymack will have to pull off an upset somewhere as there are only 6 spots and he is ranked 7th. Martin tOSU or Studebaker NE are the presumptive roadblocks.
Peck MD is not competing so the AQs are down to 6 at 285. A win over Kroells MN in the 1/8s and Smith is in, or a potential conso quarters bout against either Horwath (who Smith beat) or Nevills PSU, who is an enigma, for a top 6 finish and NCAA berth.
Can't wait for the action to start. Should be an awesome tourney.
