Then my question where's the science behind this one, since B1G leadership loves to fall back on that crux? Basketball gets 24 competition dates and those guys are mostly face to face for two hours.
At this point I'm just happy to have wrestling.
I think wrestling just gets a really bad rap during the covid era. People hear wrestling and think of guys sweating all over each other. In reality, you’re really only working with a few partners per day, as opposed to football where any two players on the field can make contact with each other at any point.

UM is insanely stacked especially if 36 year old Stevan Micic is coming back from Arizona to wrestle.
Without a massive upset we will be lucky to win 2 matchups (assuming they are at full strength and we are without Nick)
The only matchup we will be favored will be at 141 with Seabass...besides that 125 and 197 are probably the only other realistic other changes for a win. You never know at 133 with Sammy but we all know Micic is very good and will be favored.

Funny because we were going to attend a few practices this year. What’s more upsetting is Alex will have the youth states canceled for the second season in a row. Thankfully he’s back at Yale Street Monday but as of now no league matches scheduled. So tough for these young kids.
