GTFO, we played with our best player out most of the game because of foul trouble as well as two of our best players playing hurt. Still own Indiana as we have the last 5 years.

GTFO because I mentioned that Indiana played without a major starter today for the first time this season? Well, hopefully the gloating will be able to continue as the season progresses, and IU won't turn the tides on us in February in Bloomington. We've played 3 decent teams so far and we played well against one of them. Hopefully with Caleb and Paul back now the ratio of impressive play will increase significantly in the next 2 weeks, and during the rest of the season. Looking forward to it.

One guy flipped the bird as he rounded the corner
Weird thing was , it was still possible for IU to come back at that point

As they walked out with 3 mins left I would have told them, “You’re going to miss the comeback”

Beating Indiana when they were down was enjoyable. Beating them when they were undefeated ranked #10 and going higher after beating UNC made it that much sweeter

You KNOW they thought they were finally getting their revenge tonight and they got bullied off the court. Not just a win. Domination with a banged up Paul and Cliff playing limited minutes. So so sweet

from what I saw - we had 1 bad half and 2 missed layups against those 3 teams...

That’s a bizarre take. We were without 2 multi year starters against Temple and one multi year starter against Miami. And we should have could have won both of them( in both to the end). The Indiana game wasn’t really in question for most of the second half.
One thing we learned in the two losses is that we can manage games without 2-3 starters for extended periods of time either due to injury or foul trouble. Those losses will improve the team chemistry come February. Not so sure Indiana can claim the same in their loss to us. Indiana is talented but they are physically soft.
