Considering all the bonuses coaches have written into their contracts there should also be stipulations for sucking. Maybe getting a pass first 3 seasons but after that if he goes below .500 can be fired with reduced buyout.

I don't get the "fire for cause?" Didn't we try that with Rice, Fred, etc and still negotiated a payoff settlement?
