Anything's possible but I think it's only a matter of time with Chol. Pike has always been so effusive in his praise of the guy (more than the standard pike effusive praise). All he needs to do is get a little bit bigger / stronger and understand our defensive responsibilities a bit better
He already looks bigger and stronger. Very interested to see if he has stepped up enough on the defensive end. Chol has the size and length to be a good defender at minimum if he understands the concepts and has the right mentality and focus on that end of the court
Might be a little puff but the point is the uptempo of this year’s team will be in sharp contrast to Pike ‘s first 7 teams except for the early 2020 season when Harper was going off.
Lots of development in this program with Derek and Woodard and now Choi. Speedy fast guards, who all can shoot , drive and pass and especially so in transition.
Must say it does get you excited for this year and smiling even more for next year
