Yes I'd still rather Chip Kelly, Scott Frost or Lincoln Riley, but I truly believe Rutgers is in good hands with Ash. Dudes a great communicator, instructor and motivator for sure. Video of coach.
That's good. A lot of coaches kinda/sorta give technique tips in vague and diluted manor. Even if they "explain how" they usually don't "explain why" and that makes a difference.
Some schools go a step further with leverage and teach their lines jujitsu. Not sure how that plays out but I know teams started using it a few years ago.
With Coach Ash leading the way and him having coaches that have the same mindset as him, I feel that out team will be much more intuitive football players and that their development can only go up
