My off-the-top-of-my-head recollection is that RU had seven votes in the first or second Coaches poll of the season. Even though it was a loss, I think the MD game got positive attention. It was a well-played game by both teams (other than all the fouls). The difference was free throws.

AP poll has stayed at one vote, so I have not updated that thread.

Interesting that Coaches rankings for B1G teams after week 5 are consecutive: 14,15,16,17,18.

Lots of parity in the B1G is going to make for an exciting season to watch, especially after RU is added to the mix.

(Unfortunately, lots of covid-related postponements are likely to add to a confused picture all season.)
