Did the Delaney set us up to fail on purpose?

You can't ask any organization to put out a product in a competitive environment with half the operating budget of the competition. It's a completely illogical expectation.

Our conference check from the big ten is atrocious. I understand why we joined the big ten, but if we thought given our inherent resources (donor/fan base) that we could compete earning half of what our conference mates get in revenue share, we severely underestimated our position. Especially in consideration of the increase in expenses/travel budget we have due to the new conference affiliation.

Can the big ten office really tell us that our media market/proximity to New York is worth half what Purdue,Illinois, or Minnesota bring to the table?

It's like the big ten brought us in and purposefully set us up to fail.

Can we not try to renegotiate or structure a long term loan through the withholding of future payments?
