Hear this a lot but he’s waay longer and bigger (6’6”) than Brunson (6’2”) which will serve him well in the pros; but agree that styles of game are similar.

Iverson. That's not how we use him (Pike's a dope), but that's how he'll be used in the pros.
Strongly disagree with Iverson. Just watch his old clips. Absolute elite quickness, explosion, change of direction.

Have read Markelle Fultz also when he was coming out of college but disagree with that one also, his athleticism was a step up from Dylan.

Earlier this year after the scrimmage against St John’s, Pitino said he reminded him of former Knick Walt “Clyde” Frazier. Frazier was my favorite BB player growing up and I can see the comparison. Both big guards who handle the ball great, can drive, score from outside and are excellent passers with great vision. Both are very smooth and at times seem to glide down the court.
That's what I was going to say.
Luka is 150% ceiling for Dylan.
Similar to Durant is 150% ceiling for Ace.
It's hard to make comps to all time greats but that's the absolute ceiling.
The real question for me as a Nets fan - what is Flagg 150% ceiling?
I haven't watched him at all.
Is it Tatum? Can Flagg score that much?

Dylan and Iverson are pretty much on opposite ends of the spectrum
He is a combination of everybody mentioned in this thread plus Reggie Theus, Anthony Peeler, Rodney Stuckey, Steve Francis, Baron Davis. Oh and his dad.
I feel like flaggs jumper and scoring isn't as pure as a Tatum, not as quick. Flagg reminds me of Palo banchero, controlled explosion. Everything he does on offense is under control, strong with handling the basketball and can knock down shots or get to the rim. Can have him bring the ball up and run offense as a point forward type too.
Huh? Iverson is at least 6 inches shorter and might be one of the best athletes to ever play the game. They’re nothing alike.
Certainly a better version. One of the better comps, more explosive and tougher to the rim.

Like most players, it's hard to find one person as a comparison. I don't know if there's one thing you can point to that he's dominant at but he's good to very good at essentially every aspect of the game. Some similarities to Banchero but Flagg's a better athlete, shooter, and defender. I can't see much Kirilenko because I don't see him getting to that level defensively but he's already better offensively then Kirilenko ever was. Kawhi and Pippen make sense when thinking about 150% of his potential but they were better athletes, and Flagg is a very underrated athlete, and on ball defenders. I think he has a lot of Dirk in his game too but won't have the advantage of being 7 feet tall.
You may underestimate Flagg's defense. He may not end up a defensive player of the year, but he'll have top ten finishes.
When Harper is playing to his strengths, their games are identical. They both can get to the basket and finish at will. Harper could just drive to the basket possession after possession and score 30 points and shoot 15-20 free throws every game. We've seen him do it against top tier competition. It's Pike's fault it doesn't do it every game, but that doesn't mean he can't do it every game (we're too busy passing the ball around the perimeter for the entire shot clock). Every matchup is a mismatch for Harper taking the defender off the dribble; same as Iverson was.
Harper isn't anywhere near Iverson defensively. Their height is irrelevant. But offensively? Similar players.
It's a bad comp. Other than attacking the rim, which they do in different ways, they have nothing in common. Iverson was a chuck his freshman year.
I’m thinking next level - not this level. By NBa standards, Harper is slightly above average athletically. He’s not very quick nor explosive. Doesn’t have crazy elevation. Hes a big guard and is super smart and crafty on the court (the latter draws the Brunson comparison).
I can’t think of a more explosive or athletic player than AI - I mean, is there another player (ever) who could break Jordan’s ankles off the crossover? He was Michael Vick before Michael Vick (he was all state in football).
I don’t mean it as a knock on Flagg’s defense he’s very good. But Kirilenko was averaging over 3 blocks and close to 2 steals for multiple seasons.
Meanwhile, he goes right around every person that tries to defend him and cannot be stopped in the paint from finishing.
