Edit: Rutgers Lost To Iowa 5-3 in the B1G Softball Tourney

Yep I was watching since the hockey game was a 5 goal differential. The second game just started so I switched back to hockey since it looked like Rutgers was in control. Softball just doesn't measure up to playoff hockey for me.
lead off double on the bottom of 3rd and player doesn't even advance the whole inning. Long fly ball to right field wall with 1 out that the right fielder made a great catch over the shoulder and the player on 2nd didn't even tag and get to third.

Playoff hockey is awesome, but I am licking my wounds from last night's game. The Rangers are just being outplayed by the Caps. And I do like seeing my Knights on BTN, but we are imploding right now. Hopefully we put a halt to this run Iowa's making and pick up some runs of our own in the bottom of the inning.
Yikes! So much for in control. Iowa home run. I am a huge Ranger fan and it makes me ill to even discuss it right now. I can't give up.
Rangers and Rutgers occasionally break my heart. Tonight it is happening again, but I hope we can snatch victory from the jaws of heartbreak.
Just the latest CHOKE JOB by a Rutgers Non- FB/BB team. Women's soccer plays lights out until it counts, Men's baseball goes out to PSU and craps the bed end of season, women's softball does the same. Historically can't win when it counts. Don't want to hear about facilities. Facilities seem fine during the season until it is time to step up. Coaching/motivation/focus is the issue.
When's the last time any RU team really did a darn thing since we lost men's soccer NC to UCLA in Penalty kick? Men's Baseball made the CWS only to drop out first round...

1950 is a long time since RU made the CWS. It is tough for Northern baseball teams.
