He should be a really good receiver in the new offense, great speed 4.48 and good size 6'1. Not for nothing, but I would prefer the star rankings of these kids, when their verbal is announced,to be the rival ranking and not the 247ranking. The rival ranking means more as it is the one that counts when recruiting rankings are tallied. Just my pet peeve.......sorry.

Well its how they're tallied at Rivals. 247 and Scout have their own rankings. But, yes, generally Rivals has more 2 stars than 247 who seem to give the third star fairly liberally.

Kid gets serious yards after catching. You can tell he's got that creativity after catching that makes him a very dangerous player.

I lived in Gloucester county from the mid 80's through early 90's. I saw a ton of talent then and almost none went to Rutgers.Burlington Twshp. Burlington Ciy Willingboro Delran Palmyra Mount Holly/Rancocas Valley Paulsboro Woodbury Deptford West Deptford Millville Cedar Creek Timber Creek Winslow Gloucester Twsp Glassboro Delsea Cherokee Lenape Shawnee Haddonfield Haddon Heights Northern Burlington Florence Camden Salem Penns Grove Washington township Pennsaucken.
Williamstown. Hammonton. The Catholic schools.
Growing up in central or northern jersey we don't acknowledge or embrace the talent down there and the positive demographics for football.

For NJ kids, I put the most credence in the NJ Varsity rankings.

As a former north jersey parochial player and coach - I agree with what you're saying. Up north we always look down on the southern teams but the truth is that there is serious talent down there. I don't think you see as good of team play and also coaching in the south, but there are players for sure.

It's really going to be interesting to see whether the south or north will be the ones who grab a hold of this program. The south has made their move this season.

Another recruit for Ash!!

Is there a different perception of Rutgers in south jersey?

Another NJ Top 50 stud for RU. Now up to 5.
Welcome EW

Ride the wave Coach Ash.
